The Awards Five of the Six Best entries will each receive a Guernsey Lily Trophy and a Certificate. The Outright Winner, chosen from these six, will receive the special Guernsey Lily Trophy and a Certificate, plus £300 towards travel and accommodation, provided he or she personally attends the Festival. All Six Best entrants will also receive prize money of £150, but only if they attend the festival in person.

All remaining finalists will be awarded Special Commendation Certificates, with Very Highly Commended, Highly Commended and Commended Certificates being awarded to films of a required standard.

The winner of the Best Youth Entry will also receive £500 towards travel and accommodation, if attending the Festival. The prize is generously donated by Guernsey Photographics Limited. 

Every entry will receive individual written critiques from three judges. Finalists will receive critiques from seven jurors. The organisers of the competition appreciate just how important feedback is to film-makers.
